This 4 bedroom paradise for 9 guests, with views of the mountains and the sea, is just 10 minutes from the beach!
Enter the spacious 900 garden and enjoy the views before taking a bath in your private pool (5'5 km x 11m, and with a depth of up to 1.5m) and on the sun loungers under the shade offered by the umbrellas. On hand you have a barbecue to help you cook handmade meals and enjoy them in your patio furniture.
Inside this villa, there is a sunny dining room and kitchen, both with access to the terrace. Enjoy your favorite movies with a movie projector and its screen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and utensils that you could find in your home. There is also a WC on the ground floor and a full bathroom on the first floor. The four rooms are distributed as follows: Two double beds (4 guests) One double bed (2 guests) One double bed (2 guests) One single bed (1 guest). Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.
Enjoy the proximity to local needs such as bakery and pharmacy (3km away) restaurants, and shops near the coast of the city of Calella (10 minutes away). The nearest train station is 20 minutes from Calella.

Settle in this urban style villa set in the picturesque Catalan countryside, where all the comforts of home and technology merge with the tranquil Spanish mountains.
Observe the sunrise from the sofas under your shaded awning before cooling off and enjoying the views in your own private saltwater pool (5.5mx 10.5m, depth ranging between 80cm and 1.60m), which is surrounded by a close . The large terrace of 250 square meters also has hammocks, a hammock and a barbecue to cook Spanish delicacies.
Inside the villa, a fully equipped kitchen greets you with all the necessary appliances to prepare your own meals. Retreat from the sun in a living room with television and DVD player.

Overall your company was excellent in the way it dealt with problems. When we arrived at the villa it was not as described and unfortunately had been left in a bit of a state by the previous renters, Catalunya Casas, immediately put things right, Mausee more
Overall your company was excellent in the way it dealt with problems. When we arrived at the villa it was not as described and unfortunately had been left in a bit of a state by the previous renters, Catalunya Casas, immediately put things right, Mauri was an outstanding representative of your business.
The villa is a little tired externally, with some damage to the BBQ, pool and its surrounding areas (desperately needs resolving in a more permanent matter). Internally the villa was sound and in an excellent state, it was a huge benefit to the children to have super fast broadband and excellent TV connections like Netflix. The position of the villa is what shone, what a view, beautiful outlook and lovely in the evening. The furnishings externally where replaced when we were there as they were not as pictured and where worn and old. Overall we will be back, but maybe to another villa, unless improvements are made to this one. I would highly recommend Catalunya Casas however, as they couldn't have been more helpful . Shame I could only have given the Villa 8 Stars |
