This spacious villa with indoor and outdoor pool is ideally located in a quiet and mountainous area of Barcelona and offers a sublime view.
The villa, divided into two floors for 17 people, consists of a kitchen, dining room, laundry room, patio, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the ground floor. The rooms are organized as follows: (1) three single beds, (2) two single beds, (3) two single beds, (4) two single beds. There is also a living room with 2 sofa beds. On the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms, one of which has a sofa bed. This property is advertised for 20 people. There is an option for a maximum capacity of 25 people, in which the attic can be opened for an additional charge. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.
This large property offers total privacy with a large number of facilities that will allow you to spend your best vacation such as a cinema room, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a game room! Not to mention the garden and its terraces that offer breathtaking views and where you can relax for hours.
Thanks to its location, it will also be possible to easily discover this beautiful region, including the city of Barcelona, which is 35 minutes away. The nearest restaurants, shops and supermarkets are only 2.5 km from the villa.
A member of the villa's maintenance staff lives in the property on the lower ground floor with its own separate entrance and so is on hand should you need anything during your stay.
