The villa provides a set of comforts designed to make you feel at home: private garden, fenced plot, terrace, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, iron, WiFi, air conditioning, heating, alarm system, outdoor parking, and four televisions. The independent kitchen, equipped with everything you need—fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and utensils—allows you to prepare anything from impromptu breakfasts to special dinners.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright main living room, the fully equipped kitchen, a cozy summer lounge with direct access to the garden, and a bathroom with a shower. This villa, built on one level, is the ideal place for a luxury family vacation with all the comforts of home.
The property consists of open spaces and bright and spacious rooms in the following arrangements:
- Complete kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, utensils, cutlery and cutlery, completely renovated with the latest practical equipment.
- Open living-dining room with a flat screen TV.
- Bedroom 1: Suite, with a queen bed and private bathroom, which also has a hot tub and shower.
- Bedroom 2: one double bed
