Recently renovated in 2016, this hilltop holiday home features all the amenities and comforts that you would find in your own home, setting the perfect scene for a lively family getaway. Splash around in your private pool (4m x 10m, depth from 1m to 2m) before retreating to the terrace dining table for a refreshing glass of homemade sangria as the sun sets.

Enter the two-story villa on the first floor, with the ground floor beneath you. The first floor houses the living room with a TV, as well as the kitchen and dining room, both of which offer direct access to a terrace. Enjoy a kitchen equipped with modern appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric stove (no oven), microwave, and coffeemaker. There is also one bathroom.

Descend to the ground floor to find the bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. The four bedrooms are distributed as follows: (1) one double bed with terrace access and views of the pool and sea, (2) two bunk beds for four guests total, (3) one double bed, shared bathroom with bedroom 4, (4) two bunk beds, shared bathroom with bedroom 3. The bed sizes are 100x200 cm for bunk bed and 130x200 cm for the double bed.

This vacation villa is conveniently located from nearby shops and services such as a supermarket (4.7km, Caprabo), a pharmacy (7.5km), shops (7.2km), a bakery (5.6km), and a bus stop (2.4km), all in the town of Lloret de Mar. Canyelles beach is 8 minutes away (3.6km) and the nearest train station (13.2km) and hospital (9.7km) are in Blanes. Barcelona's Plaça de Catalunya is 92.7km from the villa, or approximately 75 minutes by car.

COVID-19 Cleaning Policy Update:

1) Our housekeeping teams have received specialised training in Covid-19 cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.

2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above.

3) We have allocated a minimum of 24 hours between check-outs and new check-ins.

4) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay.

5) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied and Covid-19 cleaned by Elis (elis.com), an international textile, hygiene and facilities service with activities in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America.

6) All beds and pillows have protective covers.

7) All of our maintenance and cleaning staff are required to wear masks when entering the property for any reason.

8) Cushions, decorative and throw blankets have been boxed in all properties until further notice.

9) We provide hand disinfectant for each property.
