You are on the Barceloneta. what is the first thing you notice? Certainly the W hotel! Its sail shape makes it stand out from the Barcelona skyline. it is one of the most sought-after places to stay in Barcelona and it also has one of the most elegant and perfect terraces to watch the sunset tinting the sky. if you want to blend in with the crowds and relax on the beach, just lie down on the sand of the Barceloneta with a cerveza or a drink from the chiringuito next door and enjoy the sky changing its colours. As you have to pay to enter the castella, we recommend that you go there during the afternoon, explore the whole castle so as to make the most of your ticket, and at sunset time relax in front of the view of this wonderful city, which manages to combine modern, historical buildings, lights and pools of water on the horizon. To reach the fortress you need to take the cable car to the top of Montjuïc Hill.
